My complaint:

my phone was shutdown because of obsolete technology. I spent four hours with five of your help people and we could resolve how to get a new phone. I seems that my email is no correctly installed into your system. I have been a customer otf tracfone for more than eight years an never had so much trouble with any of my transactions until now. my email is incorrectly installed on your system and when they send me a verification code it does not get here. I am an 84 year old crippled person and I use my cell phone only if I have difficulties on my walks. for this reason i very rarely make phone call on my cell phone Your person wanted me to give him the number of people i calld recently on my cell phone I cannot remember any calls I made on my cell, But, it is very important for me to have have a cell phone when i am alone away from home. as for credit credit cards i have no ideal what credit I use to buy phone time, Also I do no have any device to receive text messages.

Your system know my name, my address and land line phone. I have been doing business for more than eight years. Your help people do not seem to have the authority to do anything.. I hope there is someone in your company with the authority to resolve this issue

Same problem. I tried to switch service from my elderly parents’ old 3G phone to a new phone they got. I can’t switch the account to the new phone by texting a message from the old phone because 3G no longer works. My parents don’t use computers, so they never created a Tracfone account online. As asked, I provided two phone numbers called from the old phone in the last 60 days, but they said it doesn’t show up in their records. Both show as calls sent on the phone’s call log.
