My complaint:

I have had this phone for years I ALWAYS purchase the $20 card for the unlimited talk and text and 5 of the units for data. Everything was always perfect until this month. I was in the hospital so I thought I would refill my phone thru your service. I called and thru the automated service I purchased my regular card and 3 days later my phone was shut off. I called and some girl told me that my minutes were used up from that card. I called again and talked to a man who told me that the automated service put a 60 minute card on my phone and that it was all used up. He sent me to the locked phone dept, which was the wrong place, then I got sent to a man who verified that I got the wrong plan on my phone and that it was my fault. When I asked if that plan was the same price and I told no. However on Sept. 4th my bank took out 21.86 which is what my original plan cists me. All I want is my regular plan- unlimited talk and text and 5 of whatever the data is measured in. Can someone help me please? I have already lost 5 days worth of my money. I want my original plan and my refill date to be moved ahead 5 days so I get my money’s worth. My cell is 740 438 4452.

Suggested solution:

Add my unlimited talk, text and 5 data and make my oct refill due on the 7th. After all the phone calls, time wasted, and days without a phone, I would expect a free month also making my next pmt due Nov 7th
