My complaint:
I purchased a new phone because I’m being relocated for military reasons and in the TracFone website it says if you’re being relocated they would unlock the phone per my request well they’re denying my request
Suggested solution:
They need to unlock this phone or reimburse me for my money that I spent cuz they're not following through with what they say they're going to do
