My complaint:
I’ve contacted support over 10x haven’t been able to send or receive texts since the Dec 1st. The Escalations Dept. needs to fix this. I don’t know if I need to do a factory reset but texts in Google Messages aren’t working are a necessary function for my phone.
Suggested solution:
Fix texting on my phone so it's functional.
