My complaint:
It seems that every time I call their customer service I get rude incompetent CSRs. When I ask to make a complaint, they tell me there is no complaint dept. When CSRs screw up, they get rude hang up or transfer me to nowhere. Today, the first person hung up on me the 2nd one told me that the person I talked to last week lied to me about sending me a text when my data is low. Is there any way to file a formal complaint about their CSRs ask them to review the recorded calls they mention? It seems that they don’t care. I tried complaining to their facebook page without response. is there any social media or other place to complain about their customer service?
Suggested solution:
I want someone from tracfone to verify that my complaints are being heard followed up on as when I asked about a complaint I tried to make last week, they told me that there wasn't any complaints made by me. I just want to that someone there is listening, following up, responding to their bad customer service!
