My complaint:
I have contacted tracfone’s customer service both numbers and received no help. There ready reply is we need to transfer you to another number or the Warehouse to ask about your exchange. The number after wasting forty minutes or so goes dead.. This has happened four times. All I want to do now is to have the defective phone I sent back refunded and then I am done with tracfone.
Suggested solution:
I want my phone (flip phone) that did not work refunded to my charge card. I do however want to retain the years minutes that I bought.
