My complaint:
My old phone is out there with phone service data and everything and Im still getting the run around for three days straight, I even bought a new phone as they requested. Its like being on a merry go round ride for three days straight with little entermissions in between.
Suggested solution:
They have been given the lost phones serial number and sim card number. They said they could do a key word questionaire { like my mothers maiden , the city I was born etc,.}. Its like an endless winding road. Just kept getting denials and false promises.
