My complaint:
I bought a Tracfone Samsung Galaxy A13 prepaid smartphone. When I started to activate the phone I discovered that there wasn’t a SIM card in the package. I talked to their Customer Service and they weren’t able to help me. Finally, I found a SIM Kit. However, the SIM that they sent me doesn’t fit in the current card tray, and I don’t know if there is a replacement. What do I do now?
