My complaint:
I’ve had to call so many times, reset and erase my phone many times all because the MMS and SMS doesn’t work. I cant text images nor receive them often times. I paid for this phone and I’m so tired of calling customer service whom cant fix the issue.
Suggested solution:
Repair the software or system without erasing my phone again. If not possible then I would accept the same model device.
