My complaint:
I had safelink 10 years ago, I have been with tracfone since. They can’t seem to change it all these years, I cant get them to change he email I signed up with that long ago. that email hasn’t been used in over 10 years. and now I can’t refill my phone no matter what I try and the person I chatted with was absolutely no help and treated me as if i was a moron….
Suggested solution:
Just fix my problems with out me being on home phone for 2 hours with no help at all
