TracFone complaint: Lost phone and they won’t replace it, have no way of phoning them. For a senior this is unsettling as health issues arise!

My complaint:

After calling it in, and waiting endlessly, I was asked phone number, address, D.O.B., mother’s maiden name, etc, then they said call on another phone. I don’t have one. More proof followed with telling them phone numbers called into my phone number, I remembered one gave it to them and then was requested for more phone numbers which are in my phone, not memory, After 30 minutes of pleading to get a phone and questioned numerous times, I got NOWHERE with phone operator. I am now two weeks without a phone and desperately need one.

Help Me.

Suggested solution:

Please send new phone with same number and files downloaded from lost phone.
