My complaint:
A couple years ago I lost my cell, but I kept the plan I had, 6.65 MB Data Unlimited Text Unlimited Talk. So I purchased a new Phone and a new Plan, which started with 1 MB Data Unlimited Text Unlimited Talk. And then I transferred the telephone number from my old lost phone to the new one. I winded up with two plans, and as I paid for the current plan each month it would advanced the expiration date of the Other Plan. It has been this way of more than a year now, and I check my status on both plan each month, and every thing is fine. The Status Shows Current Plan and below it Shows Other Plan. I checked it again on December 12, 2022 and it was as always. Other Plan: 6.65 MB Data Unlimited Text Unlimited Talk, with an expiration date of 04092023.
I check it again the next day and to my surprise the Other Plan was 0 MB Data Unlimited Text Unlimited Talk with an expiration date of 04092023. I called Tracfone Customer Service, and after talking to two people who had no idea what was going on, and tried to tell me that when I transferred the phone number over to my new phone it also transferred all of the benefits too, I explain that was not possible because I intentionally started a new plan, and to was going to use the Other Plan when I found my old phone or purchased a new one. We argued about it for a while until I got tired of dealing wit these deaf and dumb people.On the Other Plan is a note. “Important Note: The benefits from the current plan will be consumed before the benefits from the other plan”
I didn’t get my 6.65 MB of Data back as yet. What cn you do to help?
