TracFone complaint: NO rep is able to set up my phone 9 reps have tried including the :higher Tech dept

My complaint:

Old tracphone becoming obsolete received a new tracphone from you after 9 reps and a minimum of 6 plus hours it still is not working. With all calls or messages it says SERVER UNREACHABLE I have been a tracphone customer for over 6 years and have enjoyed it I am very frustrated and upset..I am now waiting for another rep, to speak to I may give up Thank you

Suggested solution:

Either, realize it is either my location in western Maine hills or a defective phone your reps have all done the same things appropriately, so it just may be THE PHONE itself or my location

1 year ago - Just spoke to number 10 representative no results always the same Because I am elderly, use cash (not a credit card to purchase minutes for my Tracphone and only use it for emergencies they cannot verify my 6 year account!!! I feel like I am being penalized for not using a credot card and minimal usage of my 6 year Tracphone account
