My complaint:
tried to purchase airtime plan on 527,.they said card denied so i run it again said same thing so i left the app. Checked my card there was money on there,but did not go back to try card again on app. Next day i was checking my debit card and the money was taking off.I have been trying since friday to get refund,oh they charged me two time and i never received anything for the money that was taken out. I finally got a real person today and said thjey only refund me one of the charges
