My complaint:
in January i had over 8 hours of minutes paid for when I contacted TracFone, one of the reps told me to keep buying min. so i wouldn’t lose the minute accumulated. i knew it didn’t sound right, so i wind trying to keep the service since January. 0f 2021. it is now June I called the service and was told the was no minute, i have to pay monthly 25, in order to keep the service on.
Suggested solution:
I shouldn't have to continually buy minutes each month when I had a total 8 hours leftover from the previous payment
