TracFone complaint: transfered phones didnt get minute balance

My complaint:

I wanted to transfer phone from smart phone to another phone. There person activated my phone with a new number and then I had 2 phones. I called back deactivated the smart phone and kept the orginal number but my minutes were not transferred. Called today and the non-american did not seem to understand the situation and kept wanting to activate the new phone (which was activated yesterday) and wanted a credit card number. After 4 days of this I am very frustrated. PLEASE HELP I have been with you for years.
