My complaint:
On Dec. 9, 2021 I ordered a Phone (ordered from Tracfone Store), adding to another tracfone my brother uses. After picking out phone, plan and card with adapter, and ing payment method, info disappeared before I could write down order number or print it out (my computer buggers up a lot, figured I would be emailed ation of order). On Dec. 13, 2021 money is deducted from my bank account and sent to tracfone. Yet I still haven’t received any type of order ation. Next day I did receive the ADATA card with adapter ($13.59). On Dec.19, 2021 I called 1-800-867-7183 and spoke with Desmond. She transferred me to Warehouse, where I spoke with Henry, He was able to locate an order number (44807083) and a tracking number (1zy902r60201624565). Said it was to be delivered the next day (12-20-2021). It was not delivered to my address. Today (12-21-2021) I used the UPS tracking. It was delivered to Metairie, LA. ?????? I attempted to call a UPS in Metairie, only got automated menu, no help. I called UPS in Marion, IL. The woman investigated the tracking number. She said it usually shows all information, this was whited out, showed nothing, she said it usually means a scam. ?????!!!!!!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
I should like a refund. I paid a total of $85.77, however I did receive the card with adapter ($13.59), so $72.18 would be acceptable.
