My complaint:
I purchased and paid for a TracFone on 12282021with the understanding the phone was in stock and would be shipped in 1-3 business days. Eight days later I still have not received it. I have called several times and waited close to an hour to have someone answer only to hear that I should be receiving it soon. If this is any indication of the support I will be getting from TracFone I am not sure that I want to do business with TracFone.
Suggested solution:
Do what you say you will do. Send me the phone ASAP along with a priice reduction for the aggravation.
