My complaint:
I ordered 2 phones and cards 12242021 on their website. On 1142022 I cancelled order because they couldnot tell me when order would be shipped. On 1182021 I received email those phonesno longer available and still they have not refunded my money. Money dueback 63.42
Suggested solution:
Refund money immediately. I was told on 1142022 it would be returned in 24 hours.
