My complaint:

I was told by TracFone that i could transfer all the information from my old phone to my new phone. After spending over 13 hours with 4 TracFone customer service agents i still have not had one item transferred to my new phone. After spending hours with each agent, they tell me i’ll have to do it manually. The last agent told me to go to Walmart and have them do it. I contacted 2 different Walmart to see if they would help. Their response was that they just sell TracFone phone and services, they know nothing about transferring. I then contacted Best Buy. They told me that it would cost me a minimum of $60.00. $60.00 to transfer information to a phone that cost $75.00.

Suggested solution:

They should put an app on my old and new phone that allows me to transfer all my information.
