TracFone complaint: TracFone phone deactivated (no warning)

My complaint:

Tried to use phone and could not. TracFone site agent says phone must be replaced as it is no longer compatible. Spoke with several agents and they say they could not help me as I didn’t use the account to use my credit card or did not place a personal call on the phone (seems ridiculous). I provided last 4 digits of my serial as well as last 4 digits of phone . Agents claim there is nothing they can do. I tried going to their website to reorder but it won’t let me and refers me to 1-800-867-7183 which eventually refers me to another agent who can’t help me. Such a vicious circle. I am frustrated.

Suggested solution:

I have 15,135 minutes unused time and this expires 8312022. They can either buy back the time OR provide me with a replacement phone (as they claim I am entitled) and transfer data to phone.
