My complaint:
I have been a customer of tracfone for years. I had a perfectly good phone until I was notified that the phone I was using was old and would no longer work after April of this year. I received a new phone and transferred my minutes to it. I have had to call approximately 8 times to attempt to get the phone to work. The phone works for about a week and then it cannot connect to a server. I have a lot of minutes that I paid for. I need a phone that works. I am forced to find another carrier but I want my money returned for all the unused minutes. These people have no idea what they are doing. It is a total rip off.
Suggested solution:
Return my money since I never received a working phone.
