My complaint:

tracfone supplied a new phone because my old one was incompatible with new system. I have spent hours on hold trying to resolve only to be disconnected or the agent unable to get thru to the department that she said she needed to speak with to resolve problem. my tracfone number is 609-408-0882. I have more than 4800 minutes from my old phone
