My complaint:
I was sent to the customer service dept and they instructed me to use Option 1 for $25 or Option 2 for $10.00 I chose Option 2, paid Tracfone $10 plus tax. I still did not get any service. so I figured my payment did not go through. I paid Tracfone and additional $10 plus tax and still no service. I called a store and he told me the $10 was for internet service and no minutes. I paid him an additional $20, with tax it was over $22.00. Your recording says nothing about Option 2 being for Internet use. I habe been a customer in good standing and demand you reimburse me for the 2 charges of $10 plus tax. I do not need internet service!
Suggested solution:
refund me $20 plus taxes for internet service that I do need need.
