TracFone complaint: can’t get help reactivating phone

My complaint:

I lost my Tracfone 2 years ago, now I try to add minutestime and it took the s off the card I bought but does NOT show the new balance. Then I took the battery out to get serial and the damn thing doesn’t work at all anymore. Maybe I should charge it again but taking out the battery for a minute or 2 should not cause it to stop working. I’ve had the phone for about 6 years. Again, I could not get help. I do not have another phone to use and am deaf, so email works best but I guess TF doesn’t do email for deaf people… Don’t deaf lives matter too?

Suggested solution:

I don't know why there is no way to contact TF by email. Then also I set up an account and was told there is no such account. Sheez...
