My complaint:
Samsung A10 E mobile data does not work. After repeated attempts to get a response from the company. Their last report is that it is in the system.
I have been trying to get a replacement since January 2021. On 14 Feb 21
they said they would send a box to send the none working back, so they can check it out before they will even consider sending a replacement today is 1 April 2021, and I have nothing for money or my time.
Suggested solution:
Send a replacement, it seems simple to me. The phone has no mobile data.
