My complaint:
I spent three hours from 10am this morning trying to get tickets to Coldplay and despite saying there was availability, every option I selected for just one ticket came up as unavailable. Wasted time in system falsely indicating that tickets are available but being unable to successfully select any of the options.
Suggested solution:
Ideally I would love tickets to concert but failing that - a reliable system that doesn’t falsely advertise or allow you to waste time search for tickets that aren’t available to book.
