My complaint:
Found out Dead and friends was playing Xfinity Center (Mansfield) on my birthday Sept. 2. I went through the preorder process and received my preorder code. I went on website 10 min before preorder sale, entered my code. Preorders went on sale everything went smoothly, I had 4 tickets in section 10, $65 ea plus FU fees came to a little over $400 total. Went to purchase, pressed Paypal button, it was loading and then a red error code. Tried getting back in and now code no longer works. With no call center or live chat to be found, only email. Ticketmaster got back to me two days later apologized and said they would send me a new code but tickets go on sale today so there was no need too. Those same tickets are now $260 ea. I cant expressed how ticked off I am. I’ve never sent a complaint in my life.
Suggested solution:
Sell me tickets at preorder price.
