My complaint:
I need to change the delivery address on multiple ticket orders as I have moved. Some of the orders date back to a February 2020 purchase date of which the event has yet to take place.
When I call Ticketmaster there is a recording that says they are not accepting phone calls. It instructs you to contact them through the Contact button on your event page.
When clicking the Contact button, the Chat doesn’t work.
So, I then click the Contact button and choose Email. I submitted an email with the request to change my delivery address. I did it individually for four different orders. The email creates a ticket for their customer service department.
A few days later, Ticketmaster Customer Service emailed me back and told me to use the Chat option (which doesn’t work).
Suggested solution:
Answer their phone. Properly resolve the ticket's requirement. Fix the Chat option.
