My complaint:
Had tix to see Santana in Noblesville IN on 782022. Concert postponed due to Carlos falling on stage in heat exhaustion 2 days before. Sold my tix on 782022. A couple days later, Santana rescheduled for 832022 (which I am unable to attend). On 7132022 got 2 small deposits into my bank account for several cents each. Here it is 7202022 and I still do not have the full refund amount for the tix. Contacted Fan Support only to be told the refund will not happen until after the reschedule date! This is not fair of them to hold my money up until then!!
Suggested solution:
Refunds should be awarded PROMPTLY. If they can take
$$ months in advance for an event then they should refund the $$ immediately if cancelledpostponed. TicketMaster is not a bank or investment company!!
