My complaint:
I purchased and paid for tickets in late 2019, the show was postponed 4 times. And when it was finally rescheduled I could not attend because I was out of town. I couldn’t sell nor transfer the tickets at all. I complained several times to TM and kept getting canned responses back to try a different browser, different device, different wifi, etc. all of which I did and it never worked.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund of $491.
