My complaint:
We booked 2 tickets for the Keane gig in Manchester scheduled for May 2024
We used the seat map to pick 2 seated tickets seated together in a great spot.
When the tickets came through after purchase the section numbers were different. This issue was sent to ticketmaster straightaway who said they’d investigate. After this they apologised and said they didn’t understand why this happened and to rebook and they would refund our tickets once we’d rebooked more. When we went back onsite there weren’t any well seated tickets left so we said we wanted a refund or voucher for same venue of same cost to put to another event as this was not our fault. They have refused
