Ticketmaster complaint: Holding back payment

My complaint:

I purchased 4 tickets for a gig with the assumption that I would be able to transfer them to my daughters Ticketmaster account, payment for the tickets were taken immediately from my bank account. 3 weeks before the gig and the tickets were still not transferable with virtual and human contact offering no guarantee that tickets would be. As these tickets were a surprise gift for my daughter I couldn’t take the chance of losing almost £200 so I resold them through Ticketmaster where they sold almost immediately, my problem is that Ticketmaster wont refund my money for up to 12 working days, keeping in mind they took the ticket money off me immediately why does it take them nearly 3 weeks to give a refund, especially at this time of year and with money being as tight as I’ve ever known it. Shameful treatment of a 62yr old hard working public servant

Pay me what I'm due as quickly as I paid them
