My complaint:
My husband and I had tickets to the Sphere recently. One entry point for 15,000 people with doors opening at the time the Experience was to start per the ticket (7 pm) We expected to be inside the venue enjoying the pre-movie sites by then. (Sphere description was to come and enjoy the venue before going to your seats about 7:40) The line was 5 people wide and over a quarter mile long. It took us at least 15 minutes to walk to end of the line!) We left and did not attend. Not as described in promotional materials, a fire hazard and too much walking and standing.
Suggested solution:
We need a full refund or a Ticketmaster credit for future events
