My complaint:

I had planned a trip to Las Vegas with my daughter to attend the U2 concert at the Sphere, enticed by the enticing promises of an amazing and unique experience at this new venue. We invested in the best tickets available, each costing $750, with the expectation of an unparalleled experience. However, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment when we reached our seats in section 106, row 34, seats 17 and 18. Sadly, nearly three-quarters of our view was obstructed by the upper level, rendering the experience far inferior to even a regular IMAX theatre.

We spent $750 each for what turned out to be the most disappointing entertainment experience we’ve ever had. It’s important to note that this trip to Las Vegas involved considerable expenses, including flights, hotel stay, and other arrangements, all of which added up significantly.

This situation requires immediate attention, especially considering the frustration shared by many other customers who were also misled by this false advertising. Notably, there was no mention of this overhead blockage on the Ticketmaster website, leaving us and countless others feeling deceived and dissatisfied with our concert experience.

Suggested solution:

a complete refund will be the right and honest way to resolve my complaint
