My complaint:
I purchased 4 tickets to the ACC championship game in Charlotte NC for 12/2. After several weeks since the pre-sale, they cancelled my tickets and issued a credit to my card without notification of any kind. Ticketmaster customer service has no explanation for the cancellation other than it was requested by the box office. I now have to re-purchase tickets at a much higher cost
Suggested solution:
The event is still occurring. They should have offered me different tickets if the ones I bought were needed for other parties
