My complaint:
I attempted to buy Ed Sheeran tickets for the October 22 show at the Hard Rock Live stadium in Fort Lauderdale. I was in the presale line a day before and waited in line 15 minutes prior to opening of the tickets. I also attempted to buy tickets the day they went on sale. In both instances no matter how many tickets I attempted to purchase they were immediately bought before I could check out. It was impossible for me to get 2 tickets. Now all of those same seats are going for quadruple the price on third-party sellers. There is no way that those were bought by individuals, but rather robots who had algorithms that beat me to them every time. This can’t be legal, and is so sad for true fans who can no longer afford inflated ticket prices. 😢
Suggested solution:
Do not sell tickets to third party sellers (i.e stub hub etc) and only allow actual people (fans) to purchase.
