My complaint:
I purchased my ticket for the 49ner game as we go into the stadium and we are looking for our seats we see two people are in our seats. I asked the guy can I see your tickets because those seats are the ones I purchased and he did show me and it turns out he had the same seats as me. Turns out I I did not have no where to seat because everything was full and I was not going to sit in someone else’s seat. So I want to report Ticketmaster for over selling the seats who two people purchased the same seat which is not fair for me that I payed full price for the seats
Suggested solution:
I would like to get a FULL refund for not being able to sit in my own seats THAT I PAYED FOR !!!!
