My complaint:
Purchased 2 tickets for Madonna concert that was canceled and then rescheduled. No refund has been issued and to ask for me to reschedule my life to accommodate a cancellation. Is horrible, and I will be ever use ticket master again nor will I ever attend a Madonna concert
Suggested solution:
Never resolved , I was sent to the app and it will only allow me to resell a ticket at a loss. This is ridiculous, a FULL REFUND should be offered without the hassle of me spending hours to find help in this matter
