My complaint:
Purchased 3 tickets for a concert (from Ticketmaster website). When my friend transferred them from his app to mine, we saw them leave his phone, but when I tried to accept them, something went wrong. We tried to gain access to the tickets again and again… but the app would not allow us access. Frustrating and a major set back.
Suggested solution:
We would like a refund for the amount paid.
