My complaint:
I have been trying to contact for a refund for WEEKS… no response by e mail or phone…get on chat and after a wait they disconnect…read about a new refund policy but I’ve received no info email from them or ticketmaster..
Suggested solution:
Refund my money for two tickets show at Fed Ex forum in Memphis Tn May, 2020
