My complaint:
I keep getting text messages from ticketmaster and royal mail about vip events I have not booked to see or want to see. I emailed ticketmaster on the 7th of April (it’s the22nd now). All I received back was a stock email saying they would get in touch. They haven’t so iguess fraud isn’t a big deal for them.
Suggested solution:
I think priority should be given to possible FRAUD cases.
