Ticketmaster complaint: Complaint about valid ticket

My complaint:

Instead of having valid ticket with seat reservation. TTC issued my valid ticket to someone else. What is use of taking reservation tickets before 4 months

Suggested solution:

TTC should not give valid ticket to someone else..
