My complaint:

I listed two concert tickets for resale, but they do not show up on the event page. I contacted Ticketmaster, they say the event is off-sale. I asked them what that means and why is it.
They also said that event details need to be finalised before tickets go on sale. But tickets have already gone on sale, that’s how I bought them. So what happens with the tickets they have already sold?

They will not give me any further explanation. They are completely ignoring my emails and just send me generic replies.

When I bought the tickets, their site clearly stated that I will be able to list them for resale, so other people can buy them, in case I can’t make it. It did not say I may be able to list them, but probably not!
I wasn’t totally sure that I would be able to go, so the fact that I was able to resell them was the only reason I bought the tickets. If I knew that the resale in fact is not possible, I would not have bought them.

They advertised something that is not true – the fact that the tickets can be resold. They are misleading customers.

I asked them several times how and where I can file an official complaint. They completely ignore my request.

It starts to look like something’s gone wrong with the event but they just took the money for the tickets and will push the blame on to someone else?!

I find it extremely appalling that they can treat their customers like this, misleading them and ignoring their questions.

Suggested solution:

Let me exactly what is going on with the event.
Let me know why they do not answer questions.
Let me know why they don't give out information about their complaints procedure.
If the event is not going to happen, refund my money. If it is going to happen, show the resale tickets on the event page.
