My complaint:
I purchased tickets to the Sphere Experience with Darren Aronfsky’s Postcard from Earth for 2.4.2024. On the evening of the event I wanted to transfer the tickets to friends so my group could do something else. However, the app failed to allow me to authenticate my identity. I logged in/logged out and closed the app several times to no avail. As a result, I could not share the tickets. This was through no fault of my own or of the Sphere. The responsibilty rests with Ticketmaster. I filed a complaint, but Ticketmaster simply keeps reiterating that the seller (The Sphere) is not allowing refunds. I have tried to explain to several agents at Ticketmaster, that technically I am NOT asking for refund, but for a reimbursement of the lost money that resulted from their app malfunction, to no avail.
