My complaint:
I thought I could no longer attend my James Arthur concert so I went to sell my tickets but didn’t put in any information nor did it tell me my tickets had sold. I have then drove 2 hours to attend the concert , went to get my tickets out and they say sold on them. I did not put in any bank details to sell them and I have now been told that nothing else can be done regarding receiving money for the sold tickets.
Suggested solution:
I would like an explanation of why my tickets were sold without me asking to and a big refund for my money and time.
