My complaint:
I ordered several sets of tickets for Culture Club concert in June. My friends could not attend so I sold 2 sets. Ticketmaster received their money but will not refund my money until after the concert. This means they are holding my money (and many others) earning interest which is ILLEGAL.
Suggested solution:
Send me the payment owed from selling my tickets
