My complaint:
I am disappointed and extremely upset regarding this event. I pay 386.00 plus tax, my seat was 3 rows from the stage. The majority of consumers were forced to leave the event due to the fact it was delayed over 2 12 hours and there was no air conditioning in the theater. And on top of us paying consumers being told to pretend that we were in the Church services and a non comical gesture dismissing the extreme unbearable temperatures within the threatre.
The two hours mark upon us fans yet in agony awaiting for the show to begin they lied as attempt to swindle fans that had began to leave by introducing the artist Geiwine to us, in which it was not it was a unknown person I have video footage and I am requesting a refund. This was a waste of time and money. It 2022 how not 1995, how do you have concerts today’s day and time ithe state of Texas toa sold out enclosed evrent with no air conditioning. This event was a complete distasteful aad should be refunded, and putting videos of what occurred at this event on all platforms. As well as I will be taking further action to ensure that other coae the consumer will be not be manipulate and scammed to again!
