My complaint:
On the 10th of May, I spent the whole morning on the Ticketmaster website just waiting to buy Harry Styles ONO London tickets. I had an AMEX credit card, and I did everything but I couldn’t get on the American Express presale (almost no one did, I wonder why), it is clear that there are boots that get the tickets faster and leave us fans devastated, they need to make their website safer. Then I tried again with the Artist presale and for the first time I could go to the page to buy the tickets and it was available, I was so so happy, I put all the information and it wouldn’t accept my credit card, I tried with Paypal, I tried with other ways, my credit card is AMEX is international and is always accepted, there were only 4 minutes, and because of this problem that were from their website, I lost the tickets and when I tried again, all sold out. I was devasted and I had a huge panic attack and I’m so sad all these days, I tried to talk to them to see what was wrong with my credit card and why not even Paypal, and nothing, they never answer. Worst company ever and worst service, dealing with dreams. Now, I’m left here without my tickets because of their website and crying every day. And looking at all these resale websites selling the tickets for thousands, I just want this website to be better and do something about this incident, or at least get the website working better so this won’t happen every time, this seriously affects my mental health, and I just hope they fix this horrible system.
Suggested solution:
Look at my case and why this happened, and make their systems better for all real fans that constantly struggle to get tickets, I would also like the chance to get my ticket that I couldn\'t because of their website ( what I know they would never do because they don\'t care)
