My complaint:
I am writing in reference my Celine Dion tickets,
order ation:
17-23108UK5 ordered 8th Oct 2019.
The event was to take place on 5th Sept 2020
This was then rescheduled to 16 April 2021
This was then rescheduled again to 6 June 2022
And now again to 6 April 2023
I understand that things can change, however, I would like a full refund due to this being ongoing since 2020. I am now not willing to reschedule again as we are constantly changing our plans to work around this event.
Ticketmaster have denied a refund and I would like this looking into as I am not happy for all these rearrangements.
